The turn order system calculates initiative based on deity speed stats modified by equipped divine artifacts.

Combat resolution uses a dice-roll foundation enhanced by character statistics and elemental advantage multipliers. When Zeus attacks a water-aligned enemy, his lightning damage receives a 1.5x modifier. The game tracks 47 different status effects including stun, poison, divine shield, and blessing states that persist across multiple turns. Resource management revolves around mana pools that regenerate at different rates depending on god archetype.

The progression architecture layers three advancement systems: god leveling through experience points earned in battle, artifact enhancement using collected divine essence, and pantheon reputation that unlocks cross-faction synergies.
